The Printed Picture | Exhibition

The Printed Picture: Four Centuries of Indian Printmaking aims at getting this languishing medium the recognition it deserves. The Delhi Art Gallery print collection has always been an important one, but the acquisition, more recently, of Kolkata-based Pradip Bothra’s print collection – the largest and most important in the country – has considerably enhanced its value and prestige.

Hence DAG Modern is coming up with this historical exhibition to display the evolution of Indian Graphic Arts through print medium.
