A Western Disturbance will approach the Western Himalayan region by today evening. The system will also induce a Cyclonic Circulation over Rajasthan and adjoining other states including Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
Due to this system, rainfall activity is expected to make an appearance by the afternoon or evening hours of March 2. Rains will first cover North Punjab as well as Rajasthan. Thereafter, Rajasthan along with Haryana and Uttar Pradesh will begin to see rainfall activity. Isolated hailstorm is also expected along with lightning strikes and strong winds.
