Major job opportunity: 26K teachers wanted in Rajasthan

A bumper opportunity for teachers is here, as the application process for Rajasthan Primary and Upper Primary School Teacher Direct Recruitment 2018 has started. The recruitment is for Third-grade teacher level posts.

The last date to apply for the same is April 30, 2018 midnight.

Vacancy details:

There are a total of 26,000 vacancies

• 20497 vacancies for Non-TSP Areas and
• 5503 vacancies for TSP Area

The merit list for selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in the RTET/REET exam.

Eligibility criteria:

• So as to be considered for the vacancies, a candidate should have successfully qualified in the RTET/REET level one exam with the minimum qualifying marks of 60 percent.
• For the recruitment marks scored in REET 2015, 2017 and RTET 2011, 2012 will be considered.
• Along with the REET/RTET qualification, candidates should also complete the academic eligibility required which includes either 10+2 with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or
• 10+2 with 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) degree or
• Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized board/university.

Age limit:

• Lower age limit for applicants- 18 years and
• Upper age limit for applicants- 40 years
