Jaipur: The fifth edition of CREDAI Rajasthan Real Estate expo begins today with a grand inauguration ceremony conducted by Housing and Urban Development minister of the state Shrichand Kripalani.
The four day expo will take place at the Ambedkar Circle of state capital Jaipur where more than 650 project houses will be seen under one roof. This time more than 100 builders from across the nation are participating in the expo exhibiting residential and commercial properties ranging from five lakh to five crore rupees. Apart from them, architectural and interior experts shall also be present at the expo for consultation purposes.
This edition of the expo is more significant than the preceding fours because of many factors, first of which is the presence of the government schemes like Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. Various similar schemes have made these times most advantageous for the purchase of properties, says CREDAI Rajasthan Secretary Sunil Jain.
Taking in consideration all these factors and the great feedback the event has received previous year, the expo has been given a grand look. This year property buyers will also get many benefits like some incredulous offers, gift hampers, lucky draws, etc. Visitors, who are attending the property expo, shall also be provided with multiple facilities so that they can easily get information about the properties they are interested in.
