Discovering ‘The Forgotten Recipes of Persia’ on the eve of Nowruz, the dawn of the Persian New Year. Hotel Fairmont Jaipur is launching a 13-day ‘Jaipur Food Fest’ on March 21^st, 2017. The fest will feature the fusion of two ancient culinary traditions of Asia viz. India and Persia.
